Placing an order means intent to purchase products and are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale:

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time, without any notice. Product shipment may vary according to availability of the products and May Flowers is not responsible for any postal or force majeure.
We do not guarantee that the information, quality of products, services, or material purchased will meet your expectation, or accept responsibility that any errors will be corrected.
There may be information on our site that contains errors or inaccuracies related to pricing, descriptions, promotions, shipping charges and transit times. (a) Purchase Contract
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with receipt of your order. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed until May Flowers sends a following email that the goods that you ordered have been shipped to you. The goods included in the contract formed are only the goods that are listed in the time of shipment email.
(b) Pricing and Availability of Products
Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product details, descriptions and prices may occur despite our best effort for accuracy. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders, without prior notice, if any information on the Website is inaccurate. Delivery costs and applicable taxes are in addition to product prices listed.
When Mayflowers receives your order, we will request payment authorization from your card issuer. Your card will be charged upon that authorization, and those funds will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you have ordered for purchase.
(d) Returns and Refunds
All unopened products are sold with a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your opened, tried or tested purchase for any reason within 14 days after your receipt of your purchase, then please reach out to us for a solution. Simply send an email to email@example.com or fill out our CONTACT FORM.

Order and Shipping Information
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another email with tracking number once the product has shipped. Your order confirmation and tracking will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
Please make sure your shipping address entered during the checkout process is correct. We are unable to redirect goods once they have been shipped. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Please contact your local USPS office or visit USPS.com to intercept/or locate the package. Orders placed by 9am MST will be shipped same day, orders placed after this time will be shipped by the next business day from the date the order was placed unless otherwise noted.
Where and How We Ship
We ship standard ground via USPS to anywhere in the US. We also offer an upgraded option for USPS Priority.
We provide free USPS standard shipping for all orders (3-5 business days). An upgrade to USPS Priority (2-3 business days) will be a $10 charge.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

May Flowers accepts returns on unopened/unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund issued in the form of the original payment method.
If you are not completely satisfied with a May Flowers purchase for any reason and would like assistance with items that have been opened, please contact customer service at email@example.com for more information. We ask that you provide as much detail on why you’d like to return the tested product so that we may be able to better assist you.
Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the sender. May Flowers monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any point.

- Package your return in the original product box or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the sender. Please make sure you request a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items we did not receive.
- You will receive an email when your return has been processed.
Please note, it may take up to two weeks to process return shipments and issue a refund or an online store credit.
